~Mae  Destigmatizing mental illness should not be conflated with normalizing it. This line is increasingly becoming totally blurred. I believe strongly in destigmatizing mental illness but it really bothers me when people put their mental disorders in their bios or treat it like some sort of cute quirky identity.  “Connectivity . . .”

Hiking in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah and coming upon this snow flower is a delicate story. Sometimes the stories are simple, and sometimes they are hard and heartbreaking. The delicate balance of nature and time presented itself right at my boots at 12,000 feet; teaching me the art of small steps. |
