“Tell your story.
Shout it. Write it. Whisper it if you have to. But tell it. Some won't understand it. Some will outright reject it. But many will thank you for it. And then the most magical thing will happen. One by one, voices will start whispering, 'Me, too.' And your tribe will gather. And you will never feel alone again.” ~L.R. Knost “to live in this world
you must be able to do three things to love what is mortal; to hold it against your bones knowing your own life depends on it; and, when the time comes to let it go, to let it go” ~Mary Oliver “Seize the moment. Remember all those women on the 'Titanic' who waved off the dessert cart.”

Have we learned to love a version of ourselves that isn’t entirely true? We fall in love with the idea of what people think we are on social media which often causes us to lose our true sense of self. Instead of acknowledging this, we continue to post selfies and convince others that we are 100 percent confident in ourselves because our lives are great and perfect. Has this obsession detached us from having a healthy sense of identity and forced us to become addicted to caring too much about how we are seen by others? . “Life can be magnificent and overwhelming -- that is the whole tragedy. Without beauty, love, or danger it would almost be easy to live."
~Albert Camus "We have all hurt someone tremendously, whether by intent or accident. We have all loved someone tremendously, whether by intent or accident. it is an intrinsic human trait, and a deep responsibility, I think, to be an organ and a blade. But, learning to forgive ourselves and others because we have not chosen wisely is what makes us most human. We make horrible mistakes. It's how we learn. We breathe love. It's how we learn. And it is inevitable."
