Tumbleweed Connection

“Tumbleweed Connection”
Is the human condition like the tumbleweed, this tossing, fringed, homeless host? Do we as a species, demonstrate complete and total openness to the facts of reality, as they are, without throwing a tantrum?
It is exhausting to be in a constant pursuit of a rooted grasp, a deep-rooted connection. So why do we do it?

Perhaps it is because we NEED to be connected despite the anger, depression, anxiety and the pain.  It sure beats the alternative.
