One of my favorite things to do in Ireland is to pay a visit to the local coffee shop, so friendly and welcoming, and then take a stroll around Ennistimon, Co. Clare to let life just happen. Observable differences are everywhere! Life is rich and the people colorful characters, genuine and real. I had a chat with local filmmaker, Fergus Tighe just outside the Cheese Press, a warm spot for a cuppa tea and a favorite hangout for musicians. As Fergus spoke of his creative adventures, I asked if I could take his photograph as I was lost in the backlit world of Irish color and his contrasting stance leaning into it all. A reminder that the real time world of artful conversation is infinitely better than searching for a meaningful existence in the digital world.
